There are 3 possible actions that can be done to amend an upgrade:

  • Amend upgrade reason/note text
  • Change upgrade transaction type
  • Refund Upgrade


The next section will go into detail into each of these actions.


Amend upgrade reason/note text

To amend an upgrade note you will need to do the following steps:

  • Login into terraCotta
  • Go into Reports > Find a Policy V3
  • Using one of the possible criteria search for the desired policy
  • Click the '+' button for the relevant policy
  • Go to the history section

  • Click the 'N' button for the relevant upgrade
  • Amend the upgrade reason and click 'Save'

Change upgrade transaction type

To amend an upgrade transaction status you will need to do the following steps:

  • Login into terraCotta
  • Go into Reports > Find a Policy V3
  • Using one of the possible criteria search for the desired policy
  • Click the '+' button for the relevant policy
  • Go to the history section
  • Click the 'E' button for the relevant upgrade
  • Amend the transaction status and click 'Save'

Refund Upgrade

To refund an upgrade you will need to do the following steps:

  • Login into terraCotta
  • Go into Reports > Find a Policy V3
  • Using one of the possible criteria search for the desired policy
  • Click the '+' button for the relevant policy
  • Go to the history section
  • Click the 'x' button for the relevant upgrade
  • Enter the requested details and click 'Refund'
